When we talk about search and seizure, we are squarely within all of the law that has arisen out of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/constitution\/fourth_amendment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">4<sup>th<\/sup> amendment to the Constitution<\/a> which provides as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"read_more_link\"><a
