Question: What is the joy or sense of fulfillment you get out of your career working at the Barone Defense Firm in Michigan?

Answer: Part of the sense of fulfillment that I get is really being a part of helping people who are going through some kind of a life-altering event, and getting them substance abuse help or help with different life issues that they may be having that led to them having a substance-related arrest or accusation of a crime. Even though I work in the background of things primarily and don't interface with the clients a lot, I do know that all of the litigation team is working diligently to make sure that the clients are being represented in the best way possible and making sure that all of their concerns are taken care of and addressed, and having that confidence in the attorneys and the staff helps me to know that I am, through that way, helping people to actually have a better life in the future.
