Answer: Well, obviously whenever you can win a case, there's going to be an immense sense of joy, but every case is different, and getting to know my clients and getting to help them through a very difficult part of their life. I also, outside of just drunk driving defense for the firm, handle the license restoration, which allows me to get people back their licenses, many of which who haven't driven for periods of five to 10 years.

To return them safely to the road and make sure that they are able to follow the guidelines that are put forth is a great accomplishment, outside of just helping my clients, just helping, I think, America. Part of who we are as a society and part of our fabric is making sure that we don't just focus on attacking one group of people and isolating people and using labels. I always find that the label “criminal” is very easy to try and segregate that portion of society, when the truth is that, again, they are just our neighbors and people that also deserve and have every right to a valid defense and an explanation of their side.
